This Privacy Policy explains how Remco Tools LLC, an Oregon limited liability company ("Remco Tools," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your personal information when you visit or purchase from our website and online store (the "Site"), or otherwise interact with us.

This Policy applies to customers of our United States store, which serves the United States, Canada, and countries other than the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway.   • Account and purchase data — name, email address, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, order history, and payment method details. Payment card numbers are processed directly by our payment processors; we do not receive or store your full card number.

  • User-generated content — product reviews, photos, or other content you submit to the Site.

You may authorize an agent to act for you where permitted. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will explain the outcome; some states also let you contact your state Attorney General.

Note on applicability: Some state privacy laws only apply to businesses above certain revenue or data-volume thresholds. We honor the rights above as a matter of good practice even where not strictly required.

9. Canadian Customers

If you are in Canada, we process your personal information in accordance with PIPEDA and applicable provincial law. You may request access to or correction of your personal information, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time, by contacting info@remcotools.com. Your information may be processed in the United States, where it is subject to U.S. law.

10. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at info@remcotools.com and we will delete it.

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date shows the latest revision. For material changes, we will provide additional notice, such as email or a prominent notice on the Site.
