1. Introduction
Welcome to Remco Tools ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, online store, and related digital services (collectively, the "Site"). By accessing or using the Site, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms apply to customers in the United States, Canada, and all countries other than the EU, EEA, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Norway. Customers in those European territories are served by Remco Tools BV under separate terms available at https://eu.remcotools.com/pages/terms-conditions.
2. Eligibility & User Accounts
Eligibility. You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (18 in most U.S. states). If you do not meet this requirement, you must not use the Site.
Account registration. Some features, including purchasing, may require an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Suspension or deletion. We may suspend or delete your account if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing info@remcotools.com.
3. Orders, Pricing & Payment
Product descriptions and pricing. We aim for accuracy in product descriptions, but minor variations (e.g., color, dimensions) may occur. Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary by region due to taxes, shipping, and currency.
Order formation. Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation or ship the products, whichever comes first. We may accept or reject any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers; we do not store your card information. If your payment fails or is reversed, we have no obligation to fulfill your order.
Title and risk of loss. Title passes to you upon our receipt of full payment. Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to your specified address (see Section 4).
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping regions. We currently ship to the United States and Canada from this store.
Delivery estimates. Quoted delivery timelines are estimates only. Actual arrival may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk after delivery. Once carrier tracking shows an order as "delivered" to your designated address or location, you assume all risk of loss or theft. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them delivered.
Failed delivery. We are not liable for delivery failures or delays caused by inaccurate or incomplete shipping information you provide. If a package is returned to us after failed delivery attempts, you may be responsible for redelivery shipping fees.
Customs and import duties (international orders). For orders shipped outside the United States, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees.
5. Returns & Refunds
Return window. We accept returns of eligible products within 14 days of delivery. Return requests made after 14 days will be refused unless required by applicable law.
Condition of returned items. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging (including manuals and accessories), and in resellable condition without signs of wear or damage.
Non-returnable items. Final sale and clearance items, customized products, and products that cannot be resold once opened (e.g., sealed hygiene-relevant items) are not eligible for return.
Return authorization. Email info@remcotools.com within the 14-day window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns sent without an RMA may be refused.
Return shipping. Unless we shipped you an incorrect or defective item, you bear the cost of return shipping and the risk of loss in transit. Use a trackable shipping method.
Refund processing. After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, generally within 14 days. We do not refund original shipping costs or customs/import duties unless the return results from our error or a verified defect.
Restocking. We reserve the right to refuse a return or apply a restocking fee of up to 20% if items do not meet the criteria above.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or does not match your order, contact info@remcotools.com within 5 days of delivery with photos and your order number. If confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or return at our expense. This section does not limit any rights you have under the Limited Warranty (Section 7) or applicable law.
7. Product Warranty
Limited Warranty: Remco Tools LLC warrants to the original purchaser that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of delivery, under normal use and following the product instructions.
This Limited Warranty does not cover: (a) normal wear and tear; (b) damage from misuse, abuse, neglect, accident, or improper storage; (c) modifications or repairs not performed or authorized by us; (d) cosmetic damage that does not affect function; or (e) products purchased from unauthorized resellers.
Your exclusive remedy under this Limited Warranty is, at our option, repair or replacement of the defective product, or a refund of the purchase price. To make a claim, email info@remcotools.com with your proof of purchase and a description of the defect.
Implied warranties. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so this limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
8. Product Use & Safety
Tool usage and risks. Our products include bicycle maintenance tools which, if used improperly or without adequate safety measures, can cause personal injury or property damage. By purchasing or using these tools, you acknowledge and assume these risks.
Compliance and instructions. Always follow product instructions, industry best practices, and applicable regulations or standards, especially if you are a professional mechanic. We are not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, incorrect assembly, or failure to follow instructions.
Suitability. You are solely responsible for determining whether a product is suitable for your specific use. If a task requires professional expertise, ensure you have it or consult qualified personnel.
9. Acceptable Use
You shall not use the Site to: violate any law, regulation, or these Terms; upload or transmit malicious code or harmful content; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; post unauthorized commercial communications, spam, or false or misleading content; collect information about other users without consent; or disrupt the Site's security or operation.
Third-party links. The Site may link to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for their content, products, or services.
10. Intellectual Property
The Site and all content on it — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and software — are owned by or licensed to Remco Tools and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written consent, except for your own personal, non-commercial use of the Site. "Remco Tools" and our logos are trademarks of Remco Tools LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license to use our trademarks.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties (Site)
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND ALL SITE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE. Product warranties, if any, are governed exclusively by Section 7.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMCO TOOLS (INCLUDING ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS) IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS FOR THE APPLICABLE PRODUCT(S), OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).
NOTHING IN THESE TERMS LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, INCLUDING LIABILITY FOR DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CAUSED BY OUR NEGLIGENCE, OR FOR FRAUD. Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Remco Tools, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or demands (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of our products contrary to instructions or applicable safety standards; (b) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (c) any content you submit through the Site that infringes or violates the rights of a third party.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
Governing law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Informal resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at info@remcotools.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
15. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy at https://www.remcotools.com/pages/privacy-policy, which describes how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.
16. General Provisions
Assignment. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or by operation of law. You may not assign your rights without our prior written consent.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on the Site; the "Last Updated" date indicates when changes take effect. Changes apply prospectively only. Orders are governed by the version of these Terms in effect at the time you place the order.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it is severed and the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Remco Tools regarding the Site and supersede prior agreements or communications.
